As the Prince's private jet enters the airspace of the South American Amazon River Basin William looks out the view port admiring the wildlife that flourished here. It had been a long while since he had been out of Pendragon and it was nice to see an area untouched by civilization or so it appeared to be. As the jet moved closer and closer to the tops of the trees the trees infront of the flying jet begin to shake. The jet slows down being able to float in midair due to hover type technology. The ground begins to move as below them opens up a chasm. However this was no natural chasm inside it was what appeared to be a giant metal box with the top split in two moving away from the rest of the box. The result was the ground on top of the metal box shifted to the side as bits of land crashed down into the metal container. They had only finished it all 12 years prior, but the Prince had taken special interest in this place and ordered for its expansion. Landing the craft inside the metal box the Prince had arrived at his destination.

This was the top secret military research facility and main military base in South America. This was Jaburo.

Exiting the craft The Prince was greeted by a light party of military officers who ran this specific portion of the facility. Being hurried into a small corridor outside the metal box the roof began to come together sealing the metal box from the outside world. This was Jaburo a main military base located in South America that only the top military brass and those from Pendragon knew the exact location of. 12 of these massive boxes were made for Britannian naval ships through the river or through the experimental Air Ships of Britannia who were propelled into the air through the creation of the Float Units made by the Group Camelot created in Jaburo.

Location Description

Along with other technologies the main innovation born in this subterranean base was The Knightmare Frame. Already two Knightmare Frames had been created here and mass produced only from this location currently. 10 shipments containing 1500 Knightmares had been shipped out and sent to North America the main homeland. It was all in preparation for its test use in Japan for a more effective fighting force in conquering the E.U.

The Prince was here to inspect the underdevelopment other 5th Generation Knightmare Frame the Gloucester Commander Model.

Another private jet containing prince Charles and a few others arrived at the location of the South American Amazon River Basin. Charles leaned back against his seat within the aircraft, relaxing while looking out the window to the outside forest below. It had been a while since he visited this place, and the first time he's visiting it in order to fulfill something which he wanted to do under his own direction. The trees below the private jet began to shake as the vehicle lowered itself, slowing down to where it was almost hovering. Charles looked away from the window and towards the man whom sat across from him. Another like-minded individual like himself, though this man was a scientist, a researcher really. One whom will help him toy with destiny even more, and decide the fates of those whom he will meet in the near future. "I'm looking forward to seeing you work, Dr. Muraki. I've read over your data and your previous information upon the research into nuclear devices and i must say, you're the perfect man for this assignment." He received a small scoff in return. The scientist known as Dr. Muraki was a serious man, one that only cared for his research, even going as far as viewing his own fellow workers as mere obstacles and useless helpers. His overall attitude gave him an arrogant outlook on things, though the results he produced proved rather useful to Britannia. "I'm only here to do what i'm paid to do. I could care less about what you say about my work, whether it's compliment or insult. As long as i get the funding i want and the privacy i need then i could care less." The aging man retorted with a defiant attitude. His response gave Charles a small smile. "Don't worry, you'll get whatever you want as long as you do this small project for me. That was the terms of our deal, right?" He received no answer as the jet lowered itself to an artificially created chasm, entering a giant metal box whose top split into two pieces, moving away from each other and creating an opening.

"Now arriving at Jaburo." A voice said over an intercom built into the jet. The prince stood up shortly after the aircraft arrived at it's destination. "Well then good doctor, it's time for us to begin. As the prince exited the private jet, Doctor Muraki and 8 other scientists following close behind, they were greeted by a group of military officers. Though Jaburo specified in the creation of ships, knightmares, and other such things, this secret experiment will open up a new field of research for the military base, and thus, the officers escorted the prince and the scientists into a specific area of the base, where various lab equipment awaited them. The prince looked upon this setup with hopeful eyes as it was time to begin the creation and experimentation of the device which he will use in his future plans. The prince himself turned to face the small group of researchers. They were the best choices in his eyes, and together they will create a device destructive enough to be widely feared, the first of its kind too. "Ladies and Gentlemen, my dear researchers, you all have different reasons for accepting the task which i have requested you to partake in, but remember, we are all under the same goal. This will be where the experimental device F.L.E.I.J.A. will be created. A device powerful enough to end a war before it even begins to take place! Let us all work towards this goal, and afterwards, you will all get your ends of the deal. everything and anything needed will be supplied to you. Food, water, resources, research, everything. So you may now begin your work." As Charles finished speaking the small group began moving around, setting themselves up. Since Dr. Muraki is the one whom had the most experience in creating and improving nuclear weapons, he will take the lead in the experiment. Prince Charles himself stood back and watched as his plan was taking place, pleased with what he had set forth in motion.

In the second private jet with Prince Charles, Valentina traveled along as well to provide any assistance in the South American Amazon River Basin. It wasn't long at all before they arrived at the destination. Valentina, who was sitting on the other side of the jet across from Charles, waited quietly while listening to the conversation between the prince and a scientist of great importance in this matter. "I'm looking forward to seeing you work, Dr. Muraki. I've read over your data and your previous information upon the research into nuclear devices and I must say, you're the perfect man for this assignment," she heard the prince say, and her eyes wandered over to their direction. Dr. Muraki, an interesting individual in Val's eyes. He wasn't exactly on her list of reliable people, but he made things work like they should, it seemed. Though, the way he spoke to the royal man was quite rude and she didn't really like that very much. Tuning out of their conversation, Valentina glanced outside the window as the jet began lowering into an artificial chasm which then led to an opening through a giant metal box. "We've arrived. I have to admit, this place isn't so bad looking," her voice was quiet as she spoke to herself, mostly. "Now arriving at Jaburo."That voice over the intercom spoke with a little static, though it wasn't much of a bother. The only thing that really mattered anyway was getting this little activity going on.

Once the jet had officially arrived, Valentina stood with the others and exited the aircraft. Her eyes searched around the place in only slight awe, but then she returned her attention to the others and noted the greeting of military officers. Jaburo, it's few functions were still a bit of a haze to the knight. So far she only knew of the creation of ships, knightmares, those kinds of things. But apparently there was some secret experiment that she had yet to hear about properly. It was official, this knight would be looking for some extra understanding.

ooc- my cheap looking post o.o I feel as though I am so clueless...

Arthur sat comfortably in his seat on the small private jet, just a small distance away from Charles--who had invited him on this trip--and Valentina, a fellow knight. As Arthur looked out the window to his right, he could not help but overhear the conversation between Charles and a scientist who he knew almost nothing about. By hearing the short conversation, Arthur learned the scientist's name, Mr. Muraki, and that he was a researcher who had done research on nuclear devices. Charles, a noble, seemed to trust the scientist, praising him and deeming him perfect for the task ahead. So Arthur, naturally, would trust the man, although he was selfish and rather rude, talking to a noble the way he did and apparently only doing his research for his own benefit and not for the greater good of the Holy Britannian Empire.

After hearing the brief conversation between the two respected men, Arthur focused his attention back on the outside, peering through the open window at the terrain on which they were now descending. "Now arriving at Jaburo," a voice said through the intercom. "This is Jaburo, the military base and research facility..." the knight said in fascination as the plane began to descend into the chasm that had opened in the ground. It was basically a giant black box, with the top splitting open to let the private jet in. Arthur stood up after the plane landed, and exited with everyone else, walking out and into Jaburo. "Wow. This is amazing..." the knight stated in awe as his wide eyes shifted in every direction, absorbing the sights if the military base and research facility, the likes of which he'd heard about but never seen before. It was certainly a much different experience and feel than the more castle at Pendragon. The castle was less modern and surely not packed with advanced technology like Jaburo was.

Arthur began to roam the area not too far from the aircraft's landing place, to figure out just what was going on. He knew that Charles had some sort of operation or project planned, and it involved research from one of the best scientists of Britannia, if not the best. While Arthur sought answers, his little exploration would also serve to satisfy his curiosity, if the unfamiliar environment didn't overwhelm him first.

"Valentina, Arthur, I feel that it's time for me to share the part of the plan where you both are involved."

Charles said out loud, loud enough so both of them will hear him and come. It was simple, really, Valetina and Arthur will receive training in controlling a knightmare, though while Valetina will remain in one for the entire operation, Arthur will be given one after things do not go accordingly to plan. In the main location of the plan, chances are from Charles's point of view that the Japanese leader will have someone with a close combat firearm or even a bladed weapon for a quick attack within a confined space, and from what Charles read an excellent swordsman like Arthur would make for the perfect personal guard. Valetina will be providing cover and protection to any other equipment they bring with them, but can't carry into the peace talk room. This was only a small but important piece to the plan, and even though a full out war would seem easier, a peace negotiation will work out for all. When Valetina and Arthur reaches Charles Charles will begin to speak once again.

"I have brought you both here to receive training in how to control and do combat with a knightmare. It is vital to our future plans that you both try to learn as much as you can and improve your combat capabilities in one. After your training, which will take a few days, is complete, then all that's left is to finish the already in progress creation of project F.L.E.I.J.A. Do you have any questions?"

Valentina was standing with Arthur at the time when they had first arrived, both being very impressed with the manufacturing. Between Pendragon and Jaburo, both seemed quite amazing no matter how someone were to look at them. A moment later, she heard Charles speaking to her and Arthur, and so she tapped her fellow knight on the shoulder lightly before walking over to the prince. This plan of his was starting to get a little more interesting and suspenseful by the minute, but at least all would be explained. Hastily did Valentina make her way over to him and when she did, her ears were ready to hear it all and listen. "I'm ready to hear what you have to say," she said politely, and stood at attention.

After hearing about this, Val nodded and smiled only a bit. Training in one of the knightmares? That sounds quite appealing since it would include becoming more knowledgeable in combat and that it would ensure a little advantage in what they planned on doing. "I suppose I can offer up a question. Is it possible that the enemy has plans to use a similar tool? I mean, they can't possibly continue on without taking precautions regarding our advances."

Arthur barely manages to walk a few steps away from the aircraft, just barely starting his little exploration, when he is interrupted by the voice of Charles calling to both he and his female comrade. "Valentina, Arthur, I feel that it's time for me to share the part of the plan where you both are involved," the man said, just loudly enough so that Valentina and the now dissatisfied Arthur could hear. After feeling a tap on his shoulder, Arthur quietly sighed and turned in the direction of the man in charge of said plan. He quickly but calmly made his way, walking alongside Valentina, to the noble.

As the two knights reached Charles, he began to speak, divulging to them his plan and the reason why he brought them to Jaburo.

"No," Arthur said in brief response, shaking his head. As Valentina proceeded to offer up a question, Arthur thought to himself about Charles's plan and what it would mean for the young knight. Training in a Knightmare would be an entirely different experience for Arthur; it was obviously very different from his preferred method of fighting: swords. Arthur was a sword specialist, which was something characteristic of a different era from the high-tech Knightmares. The knight had heard of Knightmares before, but be never thought he'd ever approach the idea of actually using one. It would be hard to adjust to, and Arthur probably would not like it in the beginning. But it was for the good of the Holy Britannian Empire and would boost their already high--in Arthur's opinion--chances of winning the war with Japan. So the young knight felt obligated to make this transition. Besides, it might actually be fun. You never know.

Charles offered a smile to Valentina. A good question, one which he had expected to be asked of, though the way his plan ran through his head, the Japanese wouldn't dare use it on their own territory. They may have a dangerous and reckless past where their military would willingly give their own lives just to create a minuscule opening or do a small amount of damage, but Charles's plan helped take care of any reckless action being taken by the Japanese, for he had a certain, very important precaution taken beforehand. "True, though then again we will not need a force, but just a small group of us. When the pieces fall into place and it's time for us to begin mission debriefing, I will explain how exactly. But for now though, I received information that William, my brother, is here as well in order to inspect and supervise the knightmares. Please, go to him with a request from me to borrow two knightmares for your traini-" Charles was interrupted by a panicking soldier, whom of which ran towards him, avoiding eye contact, though one can easily see that tears formed in the man's eyes.

"P-p-prince Charles. The Emperor is.. Is... The Emperor is dead!" The soldier wailed out. Charles had an expression of shock upon his face as his hands shook slightly. "How...." He asked as he didn't move at all, keeping the shocked expression upon his face as he stared forwards. He merely forced himself to be shocked, though, as on the inside he wasn't surprised at all. Shouldn't an assassin be surprised when his target is reported dead? So why should Charles truly feel such a feeling. Charles immediately dropped his surprised expression, instead replacing it with a malicious scowl as he turned around and began to walk away. "Valentina, Arthur, come. We must tell William about this news. It's also time I ask him an important question which I never wanted to ask." Charles said in a grim voice as he continued walking to where his brother should be. It was time for this wretched game which fate allowed to be played to begin. It was time for a change to occur.

"Yes sir the Lancelot will have improved controls, mobility, power, and feature new innovative technology the Camelot group has possessed. It's finished production and we have the first model ready for combat testing." said a scientist with clothes pertaining to noble birth.

"Excellent, but what of the commander Gloucester model? I had intended for it to be a model for field commanders." replied William Eu Britannia the First Prince of the Britannian Empire.

"We've completed all the testing and sending out 30 units by the end of this week sir. They'll be used to invade Japan along with the awaiting knightmares."

"What of the improvements you made on it compared to a Sutherland or the Gloucester?"

"It's basically the same as any Gloucester, except it has a greater comm range, slightly more armor, and a focus on hand to hand combat abilities. It has an improved cockpit where a person could conduct a battle from inside it without the use of a G-1 Mobile Base."

"I see..how unfortunate. I had hoped the Commander model would have been a far greater improvement." William said as he tapped his fingers on his desk in irritation.

"Yes sir, but you still have the Lancelot. I believe it is something his highness would find fitting for his requirements on knightmare frame technology."

"Yes yes..very well. You have the go ahead to deploy your new toy to a combat area. But as far as these numbers go this knightmare is far to expensive and untested. With the current world's state of affairs the Sutherlands are more than enough to take out conventional forces."

"Yes sir, however it was you who said that advancing our technology furthers for higher quality forces was better than relying on the spamming of cheaper disposable knightmares."

"Yes I'm aware of my own stance on the Gawain project, but I'm also looking for cost effective units." The Prince of Britannia finished. Finishing the conversation the Scientist walked out of the Prince's office in the underground base of Jaburo located under the Amazon Rain Forest.

Swerving his chair William looked out his window at the subterranean base staring at the Sutherlands making their patrols through the streets of the base.
